The Winery

The current winery was remodelled two years ago using the most modern current techniques. It shows a beautiful union of tradition and modernity that allows us to make our wines in line with current market demands. It features a room with classic concrete tanks and another with stainless steel tanks, as well as different rooms for pressing, filtering, etc. Finally, we have separate rooms for barrels to age our wines and vermouth, for bottling and for the finished product plant, where the orders that leave our facilities are prepared each day.
